^(Green Stripe Hamsa) Sold.

Hamsas, symbols of protection to ward off the evil eye, have a special significance for Adam, and are a iconography that they incorporate into almost all of their work in one way or another, occasionally producing drawings or paintings at particular moments of difficulty which are small islands of solace and protection

^(Batty Boy Boogie Woogie) Sold

A painting exploring the feeling of navigating the city as a young queer person, being hyper alert and constantly vigilant of the "batty boy" criers who could at any moment make any street or place, from the suburbs to the city centre, from malls to car parks, frightening and disorientating spaces from which to escape, being the hunted in an urban field where there is a target on your back

painting by Adam Nathaniel Furman

^(Gate of the Sacred Outsider, A4) Sold

A ceremonial gate marking the journey from outsider to the acceptance of being an outsider, an exedra to curtail feelings of too much possibility but also for the embrace of safe confines, and the choice of a descent into rage that is marked by a warning finial disembodied from a previously lost kindness.

^(Avenue of the Fabulous) Sold

Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan, iconic symbol of the triumph of American corporate modernism, a march of uniformity. But at night the towers head downtown. When no one is looking they put on wigs and makeup, and dress themselves up in fabulous frocks and frills in shapes that would make their architects weep in shame but the weekends after midnight are for them and no-one else, the ministers and police of decorum aren't looking and those with the wildest shapes get to be on the stage the longest.
